15-Day Exchange For Defective Products:
Stealth Cords will exchange any unit within 15 days for manufacturer's defects.
This applies to the following or similar defect:
This policy DOES NOT include any of the following defects or issues:
- USER DAMAGE -- such as unit was installed incorrectly, cut, broken, etc.
- User does not like the cord.
5-Day Customer Dissatisfaction Return Policy -- 15% restocking fee
Stealth Cords will accept as a return any device or accessory within five days if the customer is dissatisfied, with a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may be necessary if not returned properly (see below).
This applies to the following or similar issues:
- Customer doesn't like the product.
- Customer is unable to determine how to install the product.
- Customer requests a different length/color of cord.
- Just feels like it
This policy DOES NOT include any of the following defects or issues:

A non-refundable, non-negotiable 15% restocking fee will be enforced for any such return.
All units must be returned in NEW condition, with all papers, documents, packaging, boxes, ties, plastics, etc. Customers returning items not in NEW condition will be subject to charges for replacing packaging, manuals, etc… or the item will not be accepted as a return at our discretion.
All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that RNA # does not guarantee final disposition. For an RNA number (Return Number Authorization) on returns please send us an email here to request a RNA number to be issued by for your return. In your email, please
mention your name, order number and the reason for your return. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RNA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged altered missing written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to Stealth Cords. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return address will be emailed to you once your return has been approved.
